Units 1 - 3 Event Space

Units 1, 2, 3 & Bar Mischief can be combined by opening the separating garage doors between the three units, offering a total of 2600 square feet of event space. This creates a flexible space perfect for a large private dinner, networking event, corporate retreat and many other event types. This unit can accommodate seated events for up to 100 people seated and up to 200 people standing; 125 seated and 300 standing is possible by opening the garage-style doors leading to the pool deck (a stage can be added covering the pool). Units 1, 2 & 3 are split-level units with a kitchen, living room / dining area and half bath on the first floor in addition to 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen and a full bed (*5 bedrooms = 10 permanent beds per unit). An additional three roll away twin beds can be added for up to 13 beds in each of these suites.pri
